Established in 2019, PHR Consulting LLC has become Mongolia's leading firm for human resources consulting, foreign workforce recruitment, and trusted pathways abroad. With company registration number 000179232, we operate with full legal authorization and the highest professional standards.
We have partnered with 50+ leading Mongolian groups and companies to build their HR systems to international standards, and our HR Consortium Mongolia network unites over 10,000 HR professionals nationwide. Through a network spanning 30+ countries, we also recruit skilled and general workers from abroad for Mongolian organizations.
